FAQ

We’ve answered a few of the most frequent questions below to make things easy for you.

What ages do you work with?

We specialize in children ages 3–10 and their families.

Not at all. We welcome all children – diagnosed or not. Every child deserves support, not labels.

We’re not here to diagnose, fix, or replace therapy. Instead, we act as the bridge between school, home, and traditional services. Unlike therapy or tutoring, our integrative approach blends emotional support, executive functioning, learning strategies, and family coaching – all delivered in the comfort of your home. Some families use us alongside other supports, while others find we fill the gap they’ve been missing.

Should we be a match after the discovery call, I will provide a complimentary at-home session with your child before beginning the membership.

Parents are essential partners in this process. We provide monthly in-home check-ins and coaching so you feel just as supported as your child. You’ll gain tools, language, and strategies to use at home, so progress continues beyond our sessions. When parents thrive, kids thrive.

Every child’s journey is unique, but families often see fewer meltdowns, smoother routines, stronger confidence, and deeper connection. Over time, children gain resilience and self-worth while families feel more harmony at home.

For our one-on-one sessions we bring them directly to your home, creating a familiar and comfortable environment where your child can thrive. However, we frequently have groups sessions/workshops in locations that are TBD. Make sure to check out our “Workshops & Events” page to stay up-to-date!

Families may begin with individual sessions. However, lasting change takes time. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend at least six months of consistent work to allow your child to build trust, develop new skills, and integrate those skills into daily life. Families who engage over time tend to see deeper, more sustainable results.

No, we are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance. We’ve chosen this intentionally so we can provide personalized, flexible support without being limited by insurance requirements. Insurance often only covers narrow, standardized treatments – but families choose us because they want depth, customization, and results that last beyond the session.
