1. Services Provided
				
				
									Elevated Minds Growth Center offers in-home child and family growth services focused on emotional development, self-awareness, and aligned family dynamics.
Note: Services are educational and developmental in nature. They are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.
								 
				 
		
				
					
2. Commitment & Enrollment
				
				
									- Enrollment requires a minimum four (4) month commitment.
 - After the initial 4-month period, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless you provide 30 days’ written notice of cancellation.
 - If services are canceled before the 4-month commitment is complete, you remain responsible for full payment of the 4-month minimum.
 
								 
				 
		
				
					
3. Payments & Fees
				
				
									- Payment is due in advance of services (monthly or as otherwise agreed).
 - Late payments may incur a $25 late fee if not received within 7 days of the due date.
 - Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, cancellations, or unused services, except at the sole discretion of Elevated Minds Growth Center.
 - If applicable under Connecticut law, sales or use tax will be added to your invoice.
 
								 
				 
		
				
					
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance
				
				
									- Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
 - Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged $50 or the full session fee, whichever is less.
 - No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee.
 - Attendance: To keep your reserved session time, you must maintain 80% attendance over any rolling 8-week period.
 
								 
				 
		
				
					
5. In-Home Service Conditions
				
				
									For the safety and comfort of all:
A responsible adult (18+) must be present during in-home sessions.
Pets must be safely secured.
No smoking or vaping during sessions.
A safe, distraction-free environment must be provided.
								 
				 
		
				
					
6. Health & Illness Policy
				
				
									Sessions must be rescheduled if your child:
- Has had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours, or
 - Has a contagious illness or physician-advised exclusion.
 
Elevated Minds Growth Center reserves the right to decline or end a session for health or safety reasons.
								 
				 
		
				
					
7. Confidentiality & Child Safety
				
				
									We respect the privacy of families and maintain confidentiality of information shared.
Child Protection:
- If a staff member qualifies as a mandated reporter under Connecticut General Statutes §17a-101, they are required by law to report suspected child abuse or neglect.
 - Elevated Minds Growth Center may also make a good-faith report to the Department of Children & Families (DCF) if we believe a child is at risk.

8. Intellectual Property
				
				
									All program materials remain the intellectual property of Elevated Minds Growth Center. Materials are provided for your family’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
								 
				 
		
				
					
9. Liability Disclaimer
				
				
									While we are committed to your child’s growth, Elevated Minds Growth Center makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent of Connecticut law, we are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in our services.
								 
				 
		
				
					
10. Termination of Services
				
				
									- Clients may terminate services after the 4-month minimum with 30 days’ written notice.
 - The Company may terminate services if payments are not made, if safe/respectful conditions cannot be maintained, or if Client responsibilities are not met
 
								 
				 
		
				
					
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
				
				
									- Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, then mediation in Fairfield County, CT.
 - If unresolved, disputes will be handled in Connecticut state courts (Fairfield County venue) or small claims court if applicable.
 - These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
 
								 
				 
		
				
					
12. Electronic Communications & Signatures
				
				
									By engaging our services, you consent to receive communication via email, SMS, or other electronic means. For SMS, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Msg & data rates may apply.
								 
				 
		
				
					
13. Consumer Right to Cancel (Home-Signed Agreements Only)
				
				
									If these Terms are signed at your residence (or outside our usual place of business), Connecticut law gives you the right to cancel within 3 business days (including Saturday) without penalty. A statutory Notice of Cancellation form will be provided if applicable.
								 
				 
		
				
					
14. Updates to Terms
				
				
									Elevated Minds Growth Center reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
